Scott & Kelly Summers
Life is a highway - you going our way? The people, the culture, the trips, the ability to build a business of your own... It's been an amazing ride and we're just getting started. 🛵 Our mentors helped us elevate our game to a whole new level. We were empowered with the tools we need and the information that mattered most. Now we get to do the same thing for others. We help them fan that flicker of greatness inside them - and then we celebrate with them as they grow into confident leaders. Working with us just might transform your life, but only if you are willing to trust yourself and jump in. The decision is yours. https://summersagency.com/careers/ Life is a highway I wanna ride it all night long If you're goin' my way Well, I wanna drive it all night long
Kaiti Gordon
Kaiti has a background in the medical field, as well as working as an agent for a large, rather impersonal company. She spent a long time unemployed due to complications from unexpected neurosurgery in 2024. Her company wanted her back to work in under 3 weeks; she resigned by 2024. The company was very impersonal and uncaring following her surgery. From June of 2024 - November 2024, Kaiti spent time looking for a stay at home job so she could be there for her 4yrs old bonus son who has medical disabilities. Kaiti has known Scott, Kelly, and the girls since she was 8. She recently saw a Facebook post by Kelly about her job, letting others know “they could do it too!” Kaiti thought it was too good to be true. ❤️ Kaiti went through licensing and training and immediately felt this is where she belongs. 😍 Yesterday, she wrote 4 applications, with a $3,700.00 APV. “Upline and Mentor Debbie & Dave Woods truly have been a Godsend” says Kaiti. “They, along with the rest of the Summers Agency, have been cheering me on, guiding me, and showing me what it takes to succeed”. Through Kaiti’s flu and then her son’s 15 day stay at Children's National Hospital, and daily life, Kaiti sees how human and personal working with SFG, the Woods, and the Summers Agency is. The relationships she has built in her first month here, and her success in helping clients protect their own families – well, that’s what we are all about. 💕💕💕 "Kaiti has plugged into the system and let the process work! She is consistent and always reaches out." Debbie Woods, Kaiti's mentor. We know this is the right place at the right time in Kaiti's life and we are so excited for her success.
Aubrey Taylor
Shout out to Aubrey who is currently hobnobbin in the $5K Clubhouse. He’s making retirement look pretty GREAT! As retirement approached, Aubrey began to think about how to make some post-retirement income. Aubrey grew up in a household devoted to public service, with his mom as a certified nursing assistant, his aunt and grandmother as emergency room nurses, and his grandfather serving with the Hopewell Emergency Crew. It’s no wonder he chose to follow in their footsteps! Aubrey began his public service career as a volunteer with the Hopewell Emergency Crew After serving in the Army as a Military Police Officer, Aubrey joined the Hopewell Sheriff’s Office upon discharge.Aubrey says” I am grateful for the countless brothers and sisters, knowledge, skills, and experiences I've gained from each person I’ve had the honor of calling family. From Fort Gregg-Adams (formerly Fort Lee, VA) to Fort Walker (Formerly Fort AP Hill, VA), to Naval Air Station Lemoore, CA and the Military Ocean Terminal in Concord, California, and back to Fort Gregg-Adams.” While planning his 30 year High School reunion, he was watching his mentor of the past 4 years (that would be the spectacular Ruth Slingo) post about making an extra $3,000-$5,000 per month by just picking up the phone. So that’s what he did, he called Ruth, and she shared the plan about what Symmetry had to offer and by December of 2020 he had completed training and obtained a license. Now, at this time, he was still 3-4 years from retirement from the Federal Fire Service. So, when he came onboard, Aubrey was committed to working with us as part time as possible while still trying to maintain full time fire department shifts (48 hours on and 48 hours off, with a mandatory overtime shift thrown in there without notice). You can imagine it was hard to try and run make dials, set and run appointments and build a team while on this hectic schedule. With the help of Ruth and Pat Slingo, Aubrey was able to not only set appointments but meet with clients with team Slingo filling in for him when he wasn’t able too. As Aubrey likes tell all potential recruits, “You are in Business for yourself, but not By Yourself.” December 31, 2024, was Aubrey’s official retirement date from the federal fire service and his official date of full time
Helen Griffin
Shout out to our rockstar 🎸Helen! Helen Griffin If you can't find her, she's probably hobnobbin in the $15K Clubhouse! What a fabulous week of serving her clients and building her own business. Great work! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Watching Helen grow into her own here makes my heart happy. She's an amazing woman who does it all and makes it look easy. It's not always; she puts in the work. She's grown in leadership and knowledge. She's always got a friendly smile and is always willing to help out others. Maybe that's why she was drawn to working here. The BEST thing about what we do is being able to help other people reach their goals and dreams. We did it, and now we can pass it on to others. Watching our team grow and reach for the stars - who knew?! When we started growing an agency of our own, we were focused on helping clients and growing ourselves. We did not realize the BEST was yet to come. Fast forward a few years and we see the impact that we are able to make on others. The clients we protect are more financially secure. The team we have are building successful agencies of their own. We have travelled with our daughters and give our birds, dogs, and bunny the life they deserve! A sweet home by a beach. Life is GOOD. When you are in the right place, wonderful things begin to happen. I'm so glad we are here.
Ailee Wood
In her own words " Today is my 3 year Anniversary with Symmetry Financial Group. What a journey it has been! Three years of developing myself, learning how to be an entrepreneur while also balancing being a mom. Three years of struggles, lessons, adventures, laughter and fun…so much FUN! Today I’ve been reflecting on how much my life has transformed during this journey. The freedom of this business to balance work and life has allowed me to say yes more, to travel more and experience things I never thought would be possible. The lifelong friendships and business partners I have made, the community/family I have been welcomed into I will forever be grateful for. The best part is that I have the freedom to choose, the freedom to choose to be an “Or” or an “And”. Do I want to be a business woman or a mom? With Symmetry I can be a business woman AND a mom. I also get the choice to pursue my dreams. This journey led to another opportunity for me that I am beyond excited for! Again, because of the freedom of this business I was able to say “Yes!” I still have a lot more work to do, a lot more to learn, but I know the possibilities are endless. Possibilities can be endless for you too! If you’re tired of being an “Or” and you want to start being an “And” , reach out to me and let’s talk!"

Kelly Dillon
Today the spotlight is on Kelly Dillon, avid fisherman and retired Army Ranger. Kelly was born in Oregon; his family moved to Alaska when he was 12. That might be where his love of fishing began! He joined the Army as an Infantryman right out of high school and graduated from the prestigious US Army Ranger school in May of 2000. Kelly’s military career spanned 23 years. Kelly deployed to combat 6 times throughout his career and spent time in numerous countries including: Malaysia, Australia, Colombia, Guatemala, EL Salvador, Chile, Spain, Germany, Iraq, Afghanistan, Singapore, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Kuwait, Turkey, and Fiji. Kelly and his wife Livia have a beautiful 12-year-old daughter Kaylee. Since retiring from the Army in 2021, Kelly plans to spend more time at home with his family while still being able to build a business. Symmetry provides a great platform to achieve this goal.

If you’re diagnosed with a serious illness, a Critical Illness insurance policy pays a lump sum to the insured to help offset expenses from a variety of covered conditions, so you can focus on getting well.

Universal life insurance gives the ability to adjust your premium payments. It offers a cash value component. You can take money out of cash value via a withdrawal or policy loan. It offers the insured permanent coverage and can be cheaper than whole life insurance because it doesn’t offer the same guarantees.
